A Quick Visit to Suzhou
In order to enhance service to and strengthen relationships with international customers A.J. Antunes & Co. has opened a new manufacturing plant in Suzhou, China. The new facility is strategically located in the Suzhou New District, a high-tech industrial development area about 50 miles west of Shanghai and on the outskirts of one of the most affluent cities in China.
Our goal is to have duplicate manufacturing facilities in Carol Stream and China, both working at full capacity to supply the world with A.J. Antunes & Co. quipment and parts.
To maintain the A.J. Antunes & Co. worldwide reputation for quality, we will work toward and expect to achieve by 2004 the same ISO 9001:2000 certification that the Carol Stream plant's manufacturing processes have earned.

Initial operations will include assembly of the company’s unique corn cookers for the foodservice market, water filtration systems for the removal of bacteria, particulates and viruses present in a typical water supply, and air and gas pressure switches.
As in the Carol Stream, facility, training is a very important aspect of our corporate culture. The Suzhou facility has a large training room that will be used for employees and customers.
